we need sponsors!!

1832

You sponsor what ever rabbit that takes your fancy, and we will send you a news letter and a photo of who you are helping to look after,  and of course you are welcome to visit them at the centre. This is ideal for people that would like a small pet, but live in a high rise flat, or are not permitted to keep pets.

PICTURE BELOW IS LOLA - A NEGLECTED RABBIT THAT IS SO TRAUMATISED SHE MUST STAY WITH US FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE. SHE IS 5 YEARS OLD AND HAS EAR MITES, SKIN MITES, AND OVERGROWN NAILS. HER TREATMENT WILL TAKE A FEW MONTHS AND SHE NEEDS SPONSORSHIP TO HELP HER WITH THIS. SHE CAN BE VISITED AND CUDDLED BUT SHE IS VERY SCARED AT THE MOMENT.

PICTURE BELOW IS PIGLET - SHE HAS HAD HER 2 BABIES REMOVED DUE TO THEIR AGE AND HAS BECOME VERY TERATORIAL AND PROTECTIVE OF HER SPACE. SHE WILL STAY BECAUSE OF HER TREATMENT IN THE PAST AND HER BEHAVIOUR

PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR LOLA OR PIGLET. THEY DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP AND LOVE.

we need donations to help the rescue to get going. We need a large number of things. News  paper, towels, litter trays ,cat or dog beds, food bowls, water bottles, we will even take runs and  hutches but they must be in good condition. We also need bits of old carpet and flooring, blankets and throw overs.

BABIES TOYS!! Rabbits love babies toys, they are interesting and fun!

we also need toys -  soft toys (not to big), rattles, plastic  flower pots, cardboard boxes etc, these are needed so the rabbits can play. All animals need play to stop bordom setting in!!

our aims

Our aim is to look after and rehome where possible, unwanted and neglected small animals!!

They will be given full vet care especially Vaccinations  for VHD and MIXI (two nasty bunny viruses that can cause death!) and they will also be nuterded.  This will stop unwanted pregancys and cancers and this also allows us to pair the rabbits up so they have got company  - rabbits can get very lonley if left on there own and because we cant give them 24 hour attention, they can get it from their friend!!
